getting back into the swing of things

as part of my work out plan, I am going to be doing an aqua fitness class m-th. it is low impact and hopefully will be lots of fun. The other three days, I am looking to add something a bit more mid-high impact. any suggestions? i was going to start the couch to 5k workout (since it involves walking/jogging to start). but please feel free to send any suggestions to me!!
