Pancakes
I went to my FB friends to find a simple home made pancake recipe! This was the one I tried and OMG I'm in love and making some more! hahaha
1 egg
1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c oats (pulsed)
2 T butter (melted) or oil (I used challenged whipped butter)
1 T sugar
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 c milk (I used lactose free fat free milk)
Beat egg til fluffy and then add other ingredients.
Let sit for 5 minutes
Spoon on griddle and cook as you usually do pancakes
I would gradually add the milk if you want them thicker. Mine were kind of thin, but SUPER YUMMY!!!
I just split the recipe in to two on here and it was like 301 calories. My diary is public if you want other info. I topped mine with natural peanut butter and some sugar free syrup as well.
Off to make some more!

Sounds good! And I bet you could add some blueberries or apples, or craisens to the batter.....or do what I do and heat the fruit with a little water and stevia to make a fruit syrup for to top them with.0
