Energy Drinks??

Enerdy Drinks good to have before morning exercise? like 5 hour shot?? I walk 4 miles every morning at a fast brisk walk...here lately seems I don't have the energy to keep going.....just wondering if they seem to help others?

    Energy drinks in general are full of chemicals and not good for you. Best thing you can do for your body is sleep well, eat well, and if you really need that little extra kick, have some green tea or coffee. At least that's what I believe!

    For extra energy in the mornings as soon as I get up I take a B12 vitamin,,it jump starts your metabolism and gives me extra energy all day ....Stay away from energy drinks....
