busy lifestyle, 10-25 lb to lose? be my friend :)

Hi! I joined MFP in March, but am just getting around to introducing myself. I started MFP with about 25 lb to lose (now down to about 15 lb, yay!). :happy:

My challenges are a busy lifestyle and stressful job. I would like to share tips and thoughts with other people who have trouble finding the time to exercise, as well as those who don't have a lot of weight to lose (10 to 25 lb) but find it difficult to get rid of those last few pounds. I welcome friend requests, but please include a note about what we have in common and how you think we can help each other in our fitness goals.
