Breaking down the recipes...

I really need to be better about sorting out everything I am eating and writing it down. I write down now what I eat in my planner but I do not break down all my meals. (i.e. Chicken Salad....Everything I just in it) Thats why I hated weight watchers cause I love cooking for my family but having to break it all down and divide out serving sizes for everyone became an extra job along with being a mom stupid house maid and trying to work out.... Any advice?? Not cooking for them and just making my own little meals sounds easier sometimes!

    Those steamed veggies you can buy in the frozen food section are already pre-measured and I boil chicken breasts once a week and divide them into4 oz bags so I can just grab one and I know the portion is already measured. :)

    Oh thats a good idea! Do you add anything to the steamed veggies or the chicken to give it flavor? I tried adding lemon juice LOL to my broccoli last night and well it was a bit much! I don't feel like the garlic and herb (with no salt) seasoning I got works to well I can't taste any of the seasoning but I can smell it.
