New Challenge will kick off Monday June 27th and Run until August 1st.
Everyone is welcome to join.
Requirements...Message me with your start weight and the day you normally weigh in.
Send me a message each week with your new total.
If you skip more than a week I will take you off the list. for example if you weigh in on Monday and I haven't heard from you by the next Sunday evening, I will take you off the list.
I will keep a list of everyone's individual results and the teams weekly results.
I will post the updates in a weekly thread.

I did my mid-week, keep on track weigh in yesterday and there was no change. :mad: I am not expecting anything special this week but I am keeping my fingers crossed.
I know I am getting healthier and feeling better so I guess the scale doesn't matter. I bought some pants for work, they were 14/16. I thought I could get a 10/12 looking at them but thought they would be tight and "Inappropriate" for work. Well the 12/16 have to go back. They are hanging off me and I think it might be more inappropriate to have them fall down in the middle of the dining room. :noway: ROLF!!!0 -

Someone started one in June and I offered to help her. She quit participating and I kind of took over so the first of July I kept it going into the month of July.
I will keep doing it as long as there are interested people. The first one started with like 40 and by the end there was only 10. This one started with those 10 plus 10 new and now we are down to 13.
