Hello Everyone,

This is my first time on a online forum. I have been trying to lose weight for almost 2 years with little success and huge frustration. I weighed 160lbs and I am trying to get back down to 125lbs. First I tried HCG diet - lost weight all my weight but gained it back, P90X for 7 months - lost only 5lbs, just started My Fitness Pal and Slim in 6. Recently, I found out I have hypothyroidism so now I am on Thyroid.

I eat really healthy and exercise 5-6 times a week, hardly drink alcohol, and I drink lots of water. People always tell me maybe you eat too much or maybe you don't eat enough. I am so confused.

I am very frustrated because I only lost 12lbs in 2 years. I really hope this works. Anyone with hypothryroidism? or Anyone have advice for a newcomer like me?
