WOW!
I just jogged a mile in 12 minutes. When I started this journey I walked a mile in 30 minutes, and was winded.
I could not do 1 pushup. Today I did 30.
What have you accomplished this week or month?
Have you challenged yourself to do something new? Something you dont THINK you are capable of?
I challenge you to pick 1 thing, and work on it. I cannot express the feeling I have today. This moment.

That gives me so much encouragement....
I usually try to make myself beat my last time on what it took me to walk a lap... I either time it in songs or actualy time... and I play games with myself...like see if I can lap the people around the track... sometimes I push my self too hard to do it but it feels great when I pass them and im like OH YEAH BOOOYAH lol
