I have a hard time figuring out how much spagetti noodles to eat when it says that a serving is 2 oz. How much is that?

2 ounces is the dry measurement...here is something that shorerider found for me awhile back that really helped...I pasted it below but you might want to go to the actual website for an easier to read version (when I pasted it, it got kind of jumbled)

How much cooked pasta does one pound of dry pasta make?

It depends on which shape you're cooking, but you'll get a pretty close idea from this chart:

Type of pasta Uncooked weight = Cooked amount
    Small to medium pasta shapes
(Elbow Macaroni, Medium Shells, Rotini, Twists, Spirals,
Wagon Wheels, Bow Ties, Mostaccioli, Penne, Radiatore, Rigatoni) 8 oz. uncooked = 4 cups cooked
    Long pasta shapes
(Spaghetti, Angel Hair, Linguine, Vermicelli, Fettuccine) 8 oz. uncooked or
    1 1/2 inch diameter bunch = 4 cups cooked
Egg Noodles 8 oz. uncooked = 2 1/2 cups cooked

I strongly suggest you invest in a food scale. it will help you out in situations like this one. You can get one at walmart. They have many different styles, ranging from $5 to $30. :flowerforyou:
