Can you see a difference? (12.2lbs gone doing 30ds)

ok im half way through doing 30 day shred and in total since i started ive lost 12.2lbs. Ive been taking pics and i think i can see a difference but wanted everyone else opinion!

this was me in January 2011 on my hen weekend around 188lbs not sure now much to be exact

Thanks everyone! im trying really hard but finding im loosing more in inches than weight which i get quite disappointed with so its nice knowing you can tell a difference and im not imagining it lol

I can definitely see a difference! Great job! Losing inches is a good thing even though the scale may not move. You are replacing the fluffiness with muscle, end result is smoother and smaller!
