Okay, I start my vacation next week and I will be away from home. Will do my best to stay on track with my nutrition, but all I will be able to do is cardio since I can't take the dumbbells with me. I usually do a six day split of cardio and weight training. My sister has a Wii fit and I'm going to Pittsburgh and there are lots of hills great for tackling a power walk. Maybe I will try to get a little running in. Any other suggestions to stay on track?

Thanks MFP Fam!

tell your sister about your journey. Let her know all the hard work you have put in and encourage her to get active with you. This may make the nutrition part a little easier too.

You can do Bodyweight exercises. Pistols, Press Ups (narro & Wide), Squats, Lunges, Step Up, Wall Squats, Pull Ups (mixed Grip) etc.

If you have an iPhone you can download the free app Nike Training Club. I agree with sucha65.
