MFP won't let you go below 1200. Your body needs that much just to be alive. When you don't have a lot of weight to lose, it's best to do it slowly - 1/2 to 1 lb a week.

Generally speaking, eating less than 1200 net calories per day isn't considered a healthy choice but you may speak with your doctor and see if they have any suggestions. If they provide you a different plan, just go to My Home, Goals, Change Goals, Custom and change your daily calorie goal. Good luck!

All you really have to do is not eat back 20 of your workout calories to get your deficit. You should be able to eat over that 1200 a day and still lose 1 lb/week.

I'm not planning to eat less than 1200. And I'm eating around 90% of my workouts burn.

have I burn more or what???

Go under the goals tab. It will tell you how much of a deficit you are at. You should hit change goals, I change mine to recommended at 1lb a week and it adjusts my calories accordingly. As you lose weight your daily calorie allotment will go down, however; it will not go below 1200. Thanks for the question though because I had to go and check mine so I could tell you how to get there and I was down to 470 deficit. I am now back to 500.
