P90X and Insanity Newbies

    I have started insanity, but not with all the dvds. My friend lent me the plyometric cardio and I use just that one everyday or at least every workout. I figured cardio is still cardio. I'm considering buying the entire thing but its a lil expensive for me atm but hopefully n the future. Dou think ill get the same results?
