Well its the home stretch and I think we have done a great job!

List 3 things you are proud that you did this month to get closer to your goals

List 1 thing you would have done differently or better yet list 1 thing you will do differently as you keep pressing towards the mark!

    3 Things I am proud of

    1. Increased my water intake
    2. Tracked/Journal my food
    3. Worked out consistently even on vacay!

    1 Thing I would do differently

    1. Cooked more for myself I ate out wayyyy to much which affect my weight loss I think I lost 3 pounds my goal was 10 but I feel good and see the different the exercise has made!

    Proud of
    1. Journaling everyday
    2. Sticking to exercise schedule
    3. Clothes loose fit

    Could do better
    1. Drinking water
    2. Setting cut off time for eating
    3. Strength training <No flab>

    I also want to improve my outlook on life, feeling happy and getting out.

    1. Very consistent exercise
    2. Much improved eating with tracking at least 5 days per week (this is huge for me)
    3. Included my children. My 6 year old asks when we are going to exercise and my hubby worked out at the gym as well a few times this month. To God be the glory!!!!

    Could do better:
    1. More rest. Getting to bed earlier.

    1. Walking consistently
    2. Recording my meals; especially on my bad days
    3. Getting right back on the wagon when I fall off instead of waiting for Monday to restart

    Things that I am proud of:

    1) Logging in everyday to record my food intake & exercise
    2) Making better food choices
    3) Trying something new: Hula Hooping

    1 thing I need to work on:
    1) My addiction to carbs. Not as bad as it used to be.

    There is NEXT MONTH to work on that carb thing :)
  • For July my focus will be on my caloric intake (making sure I get in a minimum of 1200 calories) as well as staying within my fat intake.
