In search Of diary observations, please?

Hi to all: Can you please check my diary and tell me whats wrong? I havent lost anything for the last month and i wonder... Just wonder...
I do exercise 4 or 5 times a week (cardio) and 2 times weights. And since I havent seen too much change , i decided to set to loose 0.5 pound a week. Do you think this was ok to do or not?
I want to loose 4 pounds and is becoming eternity in comparison to the progress people my height and goal aré making...
My height is 5.2 and current weight 16.4 pounds..
My clothes fit better but my fat percentage doesnt
go down...
Suggestions? Observations?
