Hi Guys,

Well, I'm new to this website, downloaded the ap to my phone and really like how easy it is to work with. I always had weight issues since I was a kid and finally I'm tired of being this way. I really would like to lose 25lbs but that does not seem realistic. A good number in my opinion would be 15lbs.

I also started my morning routines going to the gym early morning :yawn: @ Retro fitness....good gym good price :laugh:
