IVE BEEN STAYING FOCUSED AND DOING A DAILY WORKOUT FOR LIKE THE PAST 2 WEEKS (YAYYYY ME :sad: ) HERES MY ? WHEN U HAVE THAT SOAR FEELING FOR INSTANCE MY HAMSTRINGS FEE L LIKE I DID 1000 SQUATS :laugh: SHOULD U WORK THROUGH THAT, TAKE A REST DAY, OR JUST DONT TOUCH THAT AREA DURING MY NEXT WORKOUT???? THANX IN ADVANCE MFP IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME I KNW U GUYS CAN!!!!
