3 weeks later not much progress??

I recently decided to change my life. Hoping to become healthy and fit.

I have changed the way I eat. Very little startches. Lots of portein and veggies.

I work out 6 days a week. Circuit training, cardio int training, body pump.

I have done this for 3 weeks and I have lost about 3lbs which were all in the first week.

Is my body in shock? I feel good. I haven't measured, but is it possible to be losing inches?

Very frustrated.
