I am Lily. I am pretty new to MFP, I've been lurking for a week or so and thought I'd jump in and introduce myself.
I am currently building my stamina with in home walking, some outdoor cycling, and a bit of strength training. I am awaiting the 30 Day Shred delivery and am anxious to get started.
My biggest obstacle at this point is some old injuries to my knee and my back, along with the inability to meet my calorie intake. I'm working on that though and it seems that the more I workout, the more I eat. So, maybe I will get on track that way.
Anyway, it's nice to meet all of you and I look forward to sharing my journey.

Hi Lily! It's great to meet you! I'm so glad you've made this choice, believe me, it will be the best thing you ever do for yourself!
