You should be eating 1200 Net and some days you are at 900 Net, so it could be that you are not eating enough.

No, you aren't. You need to be NETTING 1200 calories, which means you need to eat 1200 PLUS your exercise calories at the very least. A lot of people on here have found they lose more and faster by eating even more that that... it all depends on your height and weight and partially age. I have many friends on here who were eating like you and a few of them even started gaining weight. When I tried to eat like this I stalled out really quick. I upped my calories to 1200-1300 NET on a daily basis and have been dropping wonderfully. Some up their calories as high as 1600 for optimal weight loss.... but you DO need to at least hit the 1200 net or you're only hurting yourself...

Are you eating at least 1200 healthy calories? (Staying within range on fats, sugars, and carbs...) If not, your body will go into "starvation mode," making it more difficult to lose weight. In other words, your body will begin to store fat in order to keep itself from "starving" for nutrients.
