OPERATION: Skinny B*tch (5/13-8/13) WEEK 7

Current Weight (6/24): 153.8
Weight lost since last week: +.8 (TOM, so I'll re-weigh in a few days to see where I'm really at)
Calories burned since last week: 1,860 (I didn't do so hot here AGAIN)
Nutrition goal met?? yes, I've been doing pretty well with my eating
How many miles did you travel this past week: 4-5
NEW GOALS for the week of 6/24 through 7/1:
Calorie burn goal: 10,000 (haha! I want to see how close I can get anyway)
Weight loss goal: 5lbs..I want to break into the 140s!!! I have less than a month till my b-day (I'm seeing just how much I can lose by my b-day)
Nutrition goal: under 1200 total consumed for most days, more water, cutting back on diet coke! If I could quit the diet coke I'd lose alot, I've done it before!
I Started P90X for the 6th? time on Wednesday, I've never made it the full 90 days. This time I am determined to make it through!!
This time I am also going to take progress pictures, so maybe that will keep me motivated to keep at it and work hard.
On a Positive note, I need to go buy new shorts!! The ones that I wore the summer before last (I refused to wear shorts last summer) DO NOT STAY ON!!! WOO HOO!!!
The size 10s that still have their tags on them from 2 summers ago fit, but I'd like to lose a little bit more before I wear them in public :laugh:

I am exactly on weight and height and goal with you! ha ha so funny! Actually I am 5 and 3/4 so I have a 1/4 in on you I also have a pic of me on my fridge that says Skinny B!tch. The pic is when I was one...well skinny not so much a *kitten*:) Anyway! Good luck, you can do it!!!! I am also trying to reach my goal weight for my Bday, I have a few more months0

Current Weight (6/24): 132.0
Weight lost since last week: - 1 lb. since Monday (I was late weighing last week bc of girls' trip). This was my best loss in a few weeks, and it included 3 days eating out 3 meals/day, desserts and some alcohol . . . interesting.
Calories burned since last week: 3859
Nutrition goal met?? Didn't track Fri-Sun bc I was in LA; I'm sure I was over. Other days were good. I am pushing to get up to my daily calories including exercise.
How many miles did you travel this past week: 114
NEW GOALS for the week of 6/24 through 7/1:
Calorie burn goal: 3000 - 4000
Weight loss goal: 1 lb..
Nutrition goal: NET BMR. I need to eat more for breakfast. I did not have breakfast at all for years bc I was always saving my calories for late afternoon/evening. It's a hard habit to break bc I am still afraid to blow through too many in the morning and then risk binging at night. But I am seeing that I need to consistently push to take 500 for breakfast, especially if I know it's going to be a big work out day. A few times I have ended up with too much of a deficit and I can't eat any more at night, so I need to correct that so I can eat back all my calories.0 -

Weight lost since last week: 0.4 lb - YEAH! Not much but I was still in Chicago traveling.
Calories burned since last week: 2,530 - well under my 6,000 goal BUT I'm ok w/that because I've been traveling and didn't workout for 4 days!
Nutrition goal met?? NO. I was 5 days over my calorie count due to traveling.
How many miles did you travel this past week: 20.44 miles (5.98 Elliptical/Treadmill & 14.46 Stationary Bike)
NEW GOALS for the week of 6/17 through 6/24:
Calorie burn goal: 6,000
Weight loss goal: 3 lbs
Nutrition goal: Less than 1,600 for most days
WEEKLY CHALLENGE!!!
I will travel a total of 50 (25 elliptical/treadmill & 25 bike) miles.
My Thoughts: This week I actually exercised 3 days because of traveling to see my Mom who's been very ill.
I plan on doing more in the next week since I'll be at home.

On vacation in NYC so I won't be able to weigh in until Monday. Here's hoping all the walking makes somewhat up for the daily excess of calories!
Also, I was in Borders and saw a DVD series entitled Skinny *****! If I wasn't so far overpacked already, I would be adding that to my luggage.0 -

How many miles did you travel this past week: So many; I have no idea!! We walked the majority of NYC so I know it was a lot.

I'm editing my nutrition goals for the week!! With the start of P90X, 1200 total consumed is not enough in a day to keep me going! I'm trying to stick with 1500-1600 a day now, maybe a little less.0
