Outer thigh workout... Help!

    I love love lunges! they seem to do the trick for me! also just plain ole walking helps

    squats and lunges :o) also dancing helps alot, like Zumba

    elliptical can actually bulk you up. so i hear.

    squats and leg lifts are your best friend :)

    Bump! Who doesn't need help with gool ole' outer legs :) Lunges and squats are the best.....just seeing if anyone has anything different.

    Never heard that about elliptical...I eard it's a better all around cardio workout because you're using different movements...would live to hear more input!

    I'll up my squats and lunges!!

    the elliptical "bulks" you up by like building muscle?? i use the elliptical a lot and my thighs have shrunk 5 inches between that and night club cardio/zumba! also if you work in an office building or have stairs at your home, use the stairs! walking upstairs is great for your legs!

    Definitely squats and lunges! There's also this one where you lay on the floor on your side up on your elbow. Swing your top leg out in front of you as far as you can get it, flex your foot and do lifts If you hold a small weight on top of your outer thigh as you lift it really gives a burn!

    Thanks ladies! I didn't think elliptical would bulk you up unless you're doing high resistance all the time. I use some resistance because it'll help my muscle burn off the fat...but not extreme resistance. It also gives my arms a great burn!

    Thanks for the leg exercise. Suggestion..of laying on side.. I'll try it!

    Anyone do the stationary bike?? It's so hard I can't do more than 6minutes...I don't do resistance because I don't want any bulky look but I've heard that's a good thigh workout too..
