So today I biked to the gym, where I was only going to close out my membership before I move and decided to get one last workout in. I intended to use the treadmill as a slow warm up for a strength training class I was about to take, but 2 minutes in decided to try running. I kicked it up between 5.5 and 6 mph. After half a mile, I was ready to give up but I pushed myself and managed to run a full mile without holding on or stopping! I haven't run more than a block in 8 years!! I was so proud of myself, and then managed to do my class as well. I probably won't be able to walk tomorrow, but its definitely work it to know that I am getting myself better!
On top of that, I had a trainer check my body fat and its down a percent and a half in 3 weeks! I am just on a high right now!
