My Weight Loss

I've been pretty private with my diary and weight loss but I know that when I was started with MFP and was struggling, what helped to keep me focused and motivated was reading about other people's transformations. It would make me stop and think... well if they can do it, so can I. So I thought I'd post these pics to show my weight loss over the last 6 months and open my diary. Hopefully I can help inspire others like I was inspired.
I haven't always been perfect over the last 6 months, I don't kill myself at the gym and I tend to have one to two cheat meals a week (that's one to two meals not whole days!) but at least I've been aware of it and made educated choices (i.e. night out drinking means means big exercise day, swap a big dinner out with friends for it at lunch time etc). Sometimes no loss showed on the scales and sometimes I gained but I didn't give up and just keep pluggin away. I felt like I had control even though it didn't show on the scales because I was educated and making informed choices on food.
I've lost 10kg (22Ib) and dropped 1-2 dress sizes. I'd like to lose another 2Kg (4.5Ib). I'm 30 years old and have struggled with my weight always. I havent been this weight since I was in highschool, training every day and 15 years old! Crazy hey!

I hope my story may contribute to YOUR motivation or helps YOU to be inspired and STAY FOCUSED. It's not easy but it's sure as hell worth it. Good luck!

U look great. I like how you are true with what you did. This isnt a diet, its a lifestyle change. I have lost 20 lbs and I still indulge once in a while. Good job!!0

Wow! Great job! Very inspiring! I've got another 17 or so lbs to lose. They are coming off very slowly now, but I will keep up with it until the end! Thank you for your story!0

Thanks guys. Made my complete target this week! Size 8 (US SIZE 6) from a size 14 (US SIZE 10). Weird thought to be that size in clothes as I dont feel 'thin' but have always thought that a size 8 (US SIZE 6) was tiny!
What next? I'm not sure? I'm a little worried about not logging in all the time and not having the constant structure of MFP.
Hope you all had a greak week! Big loss, little loss or no loss... whatever the results, don't give up and keep plugging away!! It will be worth it!0 -

Here is full length shot. This shot was taken a few months ago and I've lost another 4kg (8 pounds). It's strange when you see the progress photos and see the change. I mean... people tell you that you look different... the scales show a smaller number but you don't ever really SEE it happening. I still look in the mirror and see someone that needs to lose a little more. Still see my stomach or arms or something else. Seeing these photos just shows me how far I've come and it's amazing! Here is proof for my eyes that I have made a change. YAY!
I highly recomend that you keep a photo log to celebrate your success

You look great! It always helps me to see real people having success as opposed to seeing ads that look suspiciously photoshopped.0
