Someone explain it to me. How can I measure it? What is a good range to be in? What is an IDEAL range?

I bought an omron body fat monitor off amazon for around 25 dollars. For that price it is an amazing tool and really keeps me motivated when the scale doesnt move but my BF % goes down. As far as what you should be or range i wouldn't know.

i use calipers, they are easy to use and much more accurate than my scales. You can get one on ebay for under $5 and they don't take up space. Together with my good old tape, i am never disappointed.
i am currently at 30% down from 35%, I'm aiming for 20% or under.
