My new Plan!

Starting Monday. 13, 2008 I'm gonna start my new plan...I would start now but I like starting at the beginning of the week...Plus I gotta get a scale this weekend and a binder for my journal I'm starting...I figure if I write down my days it will make me wanna do better...Plus maybe after I lose all this weight I can help other people!!!

Anyways my new plan is gonna be...
~ Each week I only have one goal that week example like I wanna drink nothing but water but I also wanna exercise everyday but sunday and I have like four other goal I wanna do...So I figure I would just work on one goal each week that way it wont seem so bad...If yall have any tips please let me know...Thanks so much and sorry this is so long!

    I love your plan! I think that writing down a plan helps make yourself accountable and reviews your goals!

    The only thing you need to remember is to be patient. I find that is my biggest downfall with anything weight-related! I want the pounds off NOW and when they aren't coming off as fast, I get discouraged.

    Just be patient and stick to it and you will have all the success in the world!:flowerforyou:

    Cool....our local weight loss group has a weekly 'no-no'....actually similar to your goal but I think you have stated it in a more positive way (might bring this up with group??)

    examples:
    No added butter ( this was a toughie for me:heart: my butter, but found I COULD do without and as a result I have cut back)

    No cookies (no big deal...oops had one....ack!)
    No salty snacks ( no chips!!:noway: )
    No pop/soda ( gave this one up awhile ago...)

    Each one only lasts for 7 days but does help you to think about some of those habits you could consider breaking.
