so tonight im trying this new really popular restaurant in my town. I was looking at the menu and i found this Grilled Salmon marinated with dill and garlic and servings of vegetables, cooked over a charcoal grill. Served with seasoned brown rice.
I tried finding the nutrition but I couldnt. So does anybody knows if afghan food is healthy?? and most important.. low in sodium....

It depends on the restaurant. There is one in my town that is AMAZING. Is the restaurant owned by an Afghani? Is it a big or small restaurant? Those kind of things might tell you more about how they would cook. You definitely can't go wrong with salmon, but I've never heard of it being a common dish in Afghani cooking... Bon appetit0

Afghan food to me is like Indian food...I DON'T CARE if it's healthy. It's so damn good.
I just make sure that if I indulge it's on a run day so I can burn off the cals.0
