Peanut Butter Oat Bites
mine is adapted from http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/peanut-butter-oat-bites-10000001875535/
Creamy Peanut Butter, 10 Tbsp
Kellogs Rice Krispies - Cereal, 1 1/4 Cup
Cereals - Oats, regular and quick and instant, unenriched, cooked with water, without salt (oatmeal), 1.5 cup
Madhava - Agave Nectar, 2 tbsp
Ghirardelli - Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 32 chips
C&H - Pure Cane Sugar Confectioner's Sugar, 1/4 cup
Best Life - Buttery Spread, 2 Tbsp
You melt the butter in a pan, then add everything but the chocolate chips, you want to let the mixture cool for at least 5-10 minutes then add the chips. roll into 24 pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge, about 10 minutes later enjoy!
My kids love these and yes you can add nuts raisins or sunflower seeds, but this is the way my family prefers them and they are only 74 calories and 4 grams of fat each!

My kids really love the Chocolate No Bake Oatmeal Cookies, but those sound even better. I'll for sure have to let the kids make us some of those.
