I do the jumping jacks with an imaginary rope. I have passed the stage of my butt fat hitting my upper legs.:laugh: :laugh: But it is a great workout for your calves too. Mine were sore for at least a week.

ok, wait....your 'jumping jacks'??? with an imaginary rope? Now it's been awhile since I've done jumping jacks...but does it now involve a rope?:laugh:
teasing you and going to assume you mean jump rope with an imaginary rope? That's what we do in the water classes I take.....and glad you all have shared your tips with me on the shred and the 'imaginary jump rope'.....

Now I'm off to grab some pb and an apple and change to go do a couple hours at the gym...
Yipee....2 yummy crazy water classes then strength training after........ I'm tired now and almost want to say.......nahhhhhhhhh but I know each time I go....once I get there I see all my fellow gym rats and LOVE being there....workout feel sssssoooo great:drinker: :drinker: and more:drinker: :drinker: :drinker:0 -

I am struggling a bit today - feeling like I want to eat everything bad. At lunch I compromised I did eat a piece of fried chicken (one of my absolute favs) but had beets and corn with it - no butter of course.
I did the 30 day shred this morning and I my arms hurt I am sure more to follow. But i did it.0 -

Chrissy- Are you feeling it?... Are yah. It is so intense isn't it. Just keep pushing through you can do it. I felt like my arms and legs were going to fall off for at least 3 days. It does get better I promise.
