Been using my fitnesspal consistently for about a month now. Any advice for me?

    Don't give up. There will be times when it seems like it's not working. Hang in there though. You'll break through the slumps and lose more weight.

  • Sign in every day, and use the diary tools. Log everything, learn from what you are eating and the breakdown of carb / protein / fat and nutrients you are getting and make adjustments in your intake. I found that the default carb and sodium setting were a little high in my opinion, and protein low. You can adjust those to your needs.

    The community is a great resource in both the Message Boards and Blogs. Connect with others to keep you motivated and get feedback. I friended a few new people and also friend requested a few people that had been here awhile and had significant success.
