Help! I need to get moving again

Hi everyone!
I started 30 day Shred in April and had to stop in early June because it was hurting my back. I have Mayofacsia (spelling??) and mild scholiosis in my back. I was walking/hiking every day. My kids got out of school for the summer and I haven't been doing much of anything but housework. I loved the Shred and miss the challenge every day. My question is: Is there another DVD out there that has less impact but is simular to the shred? I really like that circut training workout.
