To everyone who has helped me, or is going to help me, and to everyone I have helped, or have yet to help.

I wish I had started using MFP 2 years ago....But, I didn't I started a month ago.

Today marks 2 years of dedicated fitness!
2 years of going to the gym 3-5 times a week.
2 years of consuming wholesome food (or as good as I can get it at times).
2 years of research, into human physiology.
2 years of research, into fitness.

I started at 24% body fat 250 lbs (That's 63 Pounds of unflattering weight)
I am currently at 11% and 205 lbs (Now 23 Pounds of required for good health fat)

I have made some mistakes along the way. I have learned what my body likes and what it doesn't like.
I have learned the proper combination of Macro Nutrients that my body needs.
I have learned how to lose weight, and I have also learned how to lose fat (there is a major difference).

I post this under success stories because last week. My doctor says "You are a 33 year old, healthy, adult male".

Here is to a life of fitness, to a life of health, and to a life of longevity. Here is to a life of strength, to a life of activity, and to a life of helping others do the same.

So mr. 33 year old healthy adult male, how did you stay motivated for 2 years? I feel like I go in spurts. I will do really well for 3-4 weeks and then will completely fall of the wagon. I see all these people who have lost weght and look amazing and I want that but I feel like I like food way too much. How did yo change your eaing habits? and stick with it? HELP! :)

I have to say ditto to this one. I generally start, lose 10-15lbs, feel a little better and revert to old habits. This time I made my goals more ambitious and I'm hoping that helps.

Seriously, awesome job. You seem to have made this journey a life changing one. I can only hope that I too will be able to stay on this journey of healthy living. My ultimate goal is to be healthy by the time I'm 30. That's 1 1/2 years away (ummmm YIKES!!!!!). You are an inspiration.
