You are doing just fine, fantastic in fact when it come to body fat. I'm beating the heck out of average right now at 22.4% and will hit 15% by January. That's my goal at least.

Athletes 14–20% 6–13%
Fitness 21–24% 14–17%
Average 25–31% 18–24%

According to healthyforms.com, my body fat percentage is also 22%. But, I don't think that website is that accurate. Either way, I'd like to have between 14-20% body fat; that's the average range for athletes.0

Mine is 26% I'm 5'5'' and weigh 130.
I started at 144 with 31%.
I'd love to be at 22% but don't know whether this would be achievable for me as have always had bigger boobs. Even when I was 13 and skinny as!0 -
My body fat percentage is 22.6%, but I would like to be at 20%.0

I"m at 19.1% (last time measured was about a month ago) and my goal is 15%.
But I'm adding lean muscle and trying to drop body fat%. I'm shooting for the fitness figure look.
A girl can dream! Right?!?!0 -

I figured I would be way higher so I was actually happy the trainer that did it said I was one point away from being in the "excellent" category0
