I have a new and more exciting NSV (non scale victory)....
My jeans ARE looser....:bigsmile:
My belt HAS gone in another knotch.....:bigsmile: :bigsmile:
I DO exercise every day and :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile:
I CAN count calories....:bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile:
BUT.....
I can go out and actually eat and stay within my calorie allowence - this is SO VERY NEW FOR ME!!!!
I DON'T pig out ANYMORE.....FOREVER....(I hope...)

    And thats the most important NSV there is. If you can do that, you'll be healthy the rest of your life.

    It's about knowing your body, and knowing what you NEED to eat, not what is in front of you.

    Just yesterday I went to applebees intending to get one of their under 500 calorie meals but my boyfriend was paying and he wanted the 2 for 20 deal. Non of the meals on there are the under 500 calories.

    So I ordered the cajun shrimp pasta and immediately boxed half of it up. The crazy thing was that I could barely finish the half that was left on my plate 0_o

    I looked and my boyfriend and was like "You remember when I could come to a restaurant and eat an entire platter with a soup and salad AND desert?!"

    He says "Yes, yes I do. It was horrible."

    LOL


    And grats thats A LOT of NSVS for one post.
