How do you best catagorize doing the insanity workouts, when there is nothing in this browse exercises for plyo, or interval training, or circuit training? I'm in month two... Just guessing its like high impact aerobics, with step?

I log it as circuit training..I probably burn more some days than it says and I probably burn less some days than it says. You can't really log it well unless you have a heart rate monitior!0

I usually create my own, if you have a HRM that tells you how much you burn...I just average it though until I get my HRM0

It would be great to have insanity for "add exercise" I log it in as curcuit training, general.0

Without a HRM, probably "Circuit Training" or Aerobics High Impact". I bought a HRM specifically for Insanity and I love it!0
