Hey.
Got the shred and some other Jillian DVDs,
First off love Jillian, she works me hard and I sweat buckets but i'm starting to wonder if it's the wrong time of my weight loss challenge to do her workouts.
I have a lot to lose and doing her workouts on rotation for 2 weeks i've only noticed my thighs/calves hardening and not really any weight loss so thinking maybe to do her more once i've dropped a few stone and will be able to see a toning difference or should i continue.
I've begun walking. Walked briskly for 1 1/2hrs Wednesday and next day the scale moved so was well chuffed so will be incorporating this into my normal routine.
Any ideas on different forms of exercises I can do to really get the weight loss started? Please dont say running, i'm nowhere near that stage yet hehe.
Thanks
Serene

walking- and make sure you are doing some toning/lifting exercises- you will want to build muscle mass in order to raise your bmr so you burn more cals as a baseline, and then cardio to help blast off the wt. and a big dose of TINCTURE of TIME!!
Good luck0 -
