We have a play station 3 and I used EA Sports Active 2 to work out with it. It comes with arm bands and a leg band to measure your heart rate while detecting your movements.

It is a pretty good game/work out program. It does have some cons..sometimes it won't detect the bands but I don't find that to be too much of an issue. You can start from any level easy, medium, and advance. I started at medium it was still a pretty tough work out. You can also read reviews on amazon.

    Hope this helps.

I DON'T HAVE A PS3 BUT I DO HAVE A NINTENDO Wi. BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT. ONLY $179 FOR CONSOLE AND $99 FOR Wi Fit Plus (comes with board). GREAT FOR BEGINNERS AND TRACKS CALORIES.

The best exercise programs for PS3 use the move and camera. The most fun I had exercising was using an animated Kung Fu game I downloaded. You can go and check out what demos there are to find something that interests you.

I was going to get that. Also a Zumba game and Singstar with move so you can dance. More for the Wii or 360 I think. I do dvd workouts mostly

The only thing physical with the PS3 I've done is Guitar Hero. I always stand while playing and move around as much as I can. Lunges, squats, jumping, anything to get your heart rate up. :drinker:
