I have been using this app on and off for a few months. I am trying to be more consistent with it - and I could really use some support. My goal is to lose a total of 100lbs, but I am trying to break it down to 10 lb increments so I don't get overwhelmed... Any suggestions / support would be greatly appreciated! Thanks !
