I log 24 minutes of circuit training. With warm-up and cool-down, it's a total of about 27 minutes.

I log it as 20 mins circuit training...not sure if this is right though....it's really 27 mins? haha I guess I never really timed it. I just remember Jillian saying "give me 20 minutes" :0

It's around 20 minutes total if you don't count the warm-up and cool down as part of the exercise (which I don't, esp the cool down)

I count as 22 minutes as there's some good movement in the stretching in the beginning:wink:

I created my own exercise and named it Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and estimate it to burn 170 calories, based on what I've read for my size/weight and the 20 min or so it takes to complete...

I also do it as my own category, and I use a HRM to determine how many calories I burn doing it!

I've been doing it as 30 minutes of circuit training, but I guess the five minutes to cool down really isn't. So until I get an HRM I am going to do 25 minutes of circuit training.
