How long should I wait to workout after dinner? I would've worked out before but didn't want to eat late.
Thanks,
Shannon

I would say a good hour or two.0

I usually need about 20-30 minutes before I start walking. I wait 30-60 if I'm running depending on the intensity.
Most days I exercise after dinner.
I eat the bulk of my calories in the morning though, so I usually have a light dinner and then a post-exercise snack.0 -
I've noticed it depends on what I'm eating but usually 60-90 minutes should be good.0

I always wait about 30 min. at least, I do most of my working out in the evening after dinner.0

I hate doing evening workouts, unless it's just walking, but had to yesterday and was stuffed from dinner. I waited a little over an hour and I was fine.0

I'll vote for 40 - 60 minutes0
