I do 60 minute workouts 6 days a week, so 360 mins.0

I get in 60 mins a day 6 days a week. Now all of that is not necessarily exercise persay. I wear a bodybugg so when ever my sensor senses an increase of activity the time goes up.0

Just over 300 minutes a week. I wish it were more, but it's better than the 0 minutes I used to exercise before.0

My goal is work out 90 minutes for five days a week, it's been struggling, but I have keep trying to mean that goal.0

I'm having to build my strength up, so I aim for 30 min. a day. Going to try for 45/day next week. I exercise 5x a week.0

I aim for a min of 60 mins per day 6 days a week at the gym so 360hrs.
Me too. A little over an hour about 6 days a week..... Try to rest my body 1, but don't always stick to it.

I am training for a 50K ultra marathon in three weeks. I will do a 20 mile training run on trails tomorrow that will take up to 7 hours!! I do some sort of activity every day so right now my totals are incredible!!0

I shoot for 100 minutes a day, minimum. Today was 125 minutes.
I take one day off a week, so that's 600 a week minimum.

I usually do at least 5 50 min dvd workouts and walk at least 5 miles 3 times a week0

Just coming off the couch a month ago so, I try for 200 mins. a week at the center, and 100 at home cleaning or whatever! But you are the fitness truth, hope to get there with you guys one day!0
