Ok.. how bad is Mexican food? Specifically chicken and beef fajita nachos.

I can't find a good match

    you can estimate by looking up tortilla chips, the amount of cheese you think is on them, and the amount of meat you think is on them. Depends on the ingredients used but at a restuarant it will be all the full fat stuff - greasy chips, meat cooked in fat and not particularly lean, tons of cheddar cheese.

    enter each item individually to see calories; for the chips look at my diary last night and see what i used-- like restaurant generic mexican fried or whatever.. usually 1oz is maybe 10chips.. and then add other ingredients into your diary based on the amounts u think was used.. its hard to be near exact with nachos cuz u cant see alll the cheese in one spot to get a good estimate, same with all the ingredients, but best guess. I alwasy get arroz con pollo---rice, chicken, mushrooms, and onions... no fried foods about it, and easy guessing

    also, search beef & chicken nachos in the system and see what comes up..

    If you are making them homemade just create a recipe and it will tell you. If it's a restaurant it's tough. I would just look for one of the chains and add that.
