High Calorie LOW Carb foods?

Okay, I posted a while back looking for help on meeting my calorie intake goals. I've been sick this past week and basically lived off of green tea and chicken broth, so I didn't log anything, so you can't judge my diary this week.

However...I all but projectile vomit trying to eat back my exercise calories. SO. What are some HIGH calorie LOW carb foods??

P.S. Before we get into it about carbs, you all must know that I am insulin resistant and have been diagnosed and seen by a physician. I am supposed to be watching my carbohydrate intake. I am trying to regulate my body without medications first before I jump into needing life long prescriptions. Also, I know there is a difference between good and bad carbs, however carbs are carbs are carbs are carbs.

    all sorts of nuts and nut butters
    cheese, cream cheese
    avocados
    butter, cream
    dark chocolate
    bacon
    olive oil in salad dressings
    Chicken
    Eggs

    Salmon is pretty high calorie, as is beef.

    Any high fat and high protein foods:
    avocados
    beef
    nut butters
    nuts
    pork
    oils
    creams

    My favorite high calorie and low carb meal is a big salad with chicken, avocado, bacon, blue cheese, sunflower seeds, tomato, cucumber, and oil/vinegar or creamy dressing.
