Am I doing something wrong?

I really want to eat healthy, not just low calorie for weight loss. I feel like I'm eating all the time, and I log everything accurately but I'm always under on my calorie consumption. Is this ok or should I try to add some higher calorie foods into my diet? I don't want to accidently mess up my metabolism.

Do you know how accurate your entries are? e.g. is that really 4 oz of salmon or 8 oz? 1/3 cup serving or several servings of 1/3 cup?
If you know you're counting correctly, it's time to up the ante.
It looks like you're not really eating full meals. Get a source of protein in 3 times a day and 3-4 servings of veggies.
If you're too full, eat trail mix (dried fruit, nuts, all the goods stuff) or some other calorie-dense food to fill the void without expanding your stomach.

1200 calories is the least per day for weight loss. you need to eat every 3-4 hours. does not need to be more than 30 carbs each main meal. Breakfast lunch dinner and 2 15 carb snacks. when you work out your calorie in take will go up a bit to keep your metabolism working.

i'd definitely suggest more calorically and nutritionally dense foods.
