I am an emtional eater. That is how I got myself into this mess. The birth of our special needs son, set me in a tailspin which resulted in a 60 weight gain in 2 years.
First NSV: I went thru a very very rough month with my son, and I did not emotional eat. Not once. Now I didn't lose very well these last few weeks, because of stress effing up my metabolism - but I didn't gain. The scale kept moving in the right direction... just more slowly
Second NSV: I fit into a pair of jeans that actually never *really* fit. I squeezed myself into them a few times, but I had to unbutton them if I ate or drank. I wore those jeans today. They fit perfect. Even ate dinner wearing them and drank two bottles of water while wearing them. And they still fit fine!
