4 day countdown

4 days until I go to the beach.
I've been attending classes, working two jobs, and binge eating daily for over a month now. Tomorrow I work from 8am-9pm. The good news is that it'll keep me from binging (bingeing? I can never figure out how to spell it...)
The bad news is that I can't workout. And I NEED to.
So, over the next 4 days I need to totally reverse the damage done over the last month (maybe not weight loss... but perceived weight loss would be nice).
Suggestions?

Walk everywhere. I know you may drive or take the L to the beach but try to walk as much as possible,0

What is your problem area? I dont like my thighs so i wear a wrap, others that want to hide their bellies wear a t-shirt over the bathing suit. Boy shorts are another option.0

I agree. Try and walk as much as you can. Try and have healthy food choices so you aren't hungry or feeling the need to binge. If I'm full - I won't binge. Plain and simple. So, keep yourself full to avoid it. Drink water to help flush it out.0

My problem is food-related bloating (as in I don't consume much sodium at all--but I eat a metric buttload of food in one sitting)... and a completely flat chest. And a farmer's tan.
But really I wanted advice on how to tighten up in the short-term. Perhaps if anyone has had experience with such things? I'll have 2 days to go to the gym. Tuesday morning I could probably fit in a home workout.0 -

Yep. That's the one good thing about my family: when we go to the beach, we take very long walks along the shoreline and riverside. I'd like to be able to walk in a bikini without feeling embarrassed, though.0
