I just started the couch to 5k program today. I did it 2 years ago and lost 20 lbs by the time I was finished. I had my baby girl on May 15th and am already 2 lbs less than my prepregnancy weight, but still have those 75 lbs I had to lose originally. So I'm doing the program again, cause I loved it the first time I did it.

Hopefully we can get a group started and keep eachother motivated and give support. Feel free to join in anytime or if you are already doing it.

I just did day one and even though I'm super out of shape from my pregnancy and weigh 223.5, I made myself push through to the end, cause I knew I could do it. Afterwards I felt so refreshed and accomplished. I hadn't felt that good since the last time I did the c25k two years ago. I can't wait to go again on Sunday.

Congratulations on your new baby! And for starting C25K! My friend and I are on week 7 and it's been a journey for sure. My son is about to turn 1 and I'm about 2 months into getting serious about losing the baby weight. I had already gained about 20 pounds before I got pregnant so I have a ways to go. I, too, want to lose most of it before we start trying for our second child. Anyway, enjoy! Feel free to add me as a friend too. We can help motivate each other!

Congrats! Im on week 8! I was at a plateau and decided to switch from walking to running to try to take off those last 5 lbs. I weighed at the beginning and am not going to weigh again until I'm finished. No matter what the results are , I feel great!

Thanks guys. I'm glad I can finally workout a little. I'm still too sore to do much else, but I'm so glad I can do this. I love it!
