Ok i really need someones help. This may be kinda weird to be thinking about right now but i hate what working out has done to my feet!! I have alway taken care of my feet pedi's every 2 weeks, made sure that they were painted and even had a little design, and definatly made sure that there were no blisters or anything like that. Now that i've been working out a bunch i have blisters on the bottom of my feet an they are always dry. Its really frustrating.... do i need better shoes, socks, something else, or just get over it. I know thats really not the thing to think about right now but its just really bothers me. What does everyone else do to take care of their feet??

If you're getting blisters, I would definitely say look into getting some new shoes! As for taking care of the feet...continue what you're doing. Mine get a little dry and I use a pumice stone on them in the shower about once a week and then lots of lotion. The pumice stone took care of a lot of the dry and rough patch problems I was having though!0

What exactly do you're workouts consist of? Maybe try a massaging insole or something. Maybe your shoes don't fit correctly? All I do is lotion after a shower ...0

Being a runner (that is before I injured my back) I use to get terrible blisters from my fibreglass orthotics. I find putting a cotton wool ball over the spot that is prone to blisters and securing it with a big piece of elastoplast is the best was to give the blisters time to heal. However, when I'm running I have just come to accept that my feet with never be totally callous free. That is the price one pays.0

Moleskin for the blisters you have. Better shoes and socks to prevent more. Good fitting shoes. Moisture-wicking socks. SmartWool UltraLight Minis are my favorite. Yes, they're wool. No, they're not hot and itchy. Or Wigwam CoolMax. Plain cotton absorbs moisture without taking it away from your feet, which makes you more prone to blistering...0
