Can You Tell me How im to make my Diary better?
I no I should cut the snacking out and maybe eat more fruit and veggies but what eles.

    Do you feel like you're eating too much dairy or too little? Or do you mean better types of dairy, like yogurt?

    There's not much dairy in your diary - did you mean DIARY i.e food intake in general?

    The coffee creamers would be the first thing Id try to change - would real milk be palatable?

    First of all white bread...DO NOT EAT IT!! You might as well eat table sugar...it is so processed and refined that it is turned straight into sugar in your blood, which spikes your insulin, which causes your body to store fat and throws off your hormones which can cause even more weight gain. Also limit the creamer maybe try almond milk? Avoid processed foods like the plague they are full of toxins and processed flours and sugars which will hinder weight loss.

    I'd also switch to whole wheat bread/pasta/etc and add more veggies.

    Your welcome :) Also I would eat a bigger breakfast and make sure to eat protein for breakfast. Many studies have proven that a high protein breakfast helps to eat least throughout the rest of the day. Also try and eat 4-5 small meals a day with lean protein in each if possible. This helps to make you feel more satisfied :)
