100 days of MFP

Today I've been using MFP for 100 days. In those 100 days i have
- Gone from barely been able to walk 3 kilometers, to do interval training with 6 km walking and 4 km running four days a week.
- Lost 30.5 kgs (67lbs).
- Gone from a very tight 44 inch jeans size to a very loose 42" size (almost 40 now, yay).
- Gone from 3XL and 4XL tshirts, shirts and sweaters to 1XL and 2XL.
- Had loads of people asking me about that Runkeeper-app I'm using, and seen my Runkeeper-street team get bigger and bigger as more and more of my friends started using it.
- Signed up for my first race, a half marathon in Gothenburg next year.
- Gone from no exercise at all since I was a child and played football, to exercise 7 days a week (walking/running, swimming and cycling).
I'm also feeling so much better right now, don't get tired walking up stairs etc. I used to have a really bad heartburn every day, and had to take pills for it, and now I haven't felt it in months
I still have a long way to go, but I have no doubt that I can make this.
Would love to get some more friends here at MFP, so just send a request if you like to be my friend.
Take care and happy midsummer
